At ayurforest.com, we provide world-class shipping to all our customers that include inspections, fast and on-time delivery, top quality packaging.
All of your orders will be dispatched within 5 working days* of order placement. *Working days excludes Sunday and Public holidays.
The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 15-20 days in major cities and can take anywhere between 25-30 days for other locations, from the time the order is confirmed.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. You can refer to “Track my order” to see the status on your order.
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 2 working days from the date you place the order.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any product is missing, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the order with original packaging. Please note as we will supply from India so we will not be able to accept the return. Your refunds/credits/replacements will be processed on the basis of the condition of the returns shipment sent by you and products inside the packaging.

All credit card & net banking transactions will be repaid using the same route; which means if you have made your transaction using Netbanking facility, the net value of your order will be refunded back into your bank account. This will take 8-10 working days from the time the returns are received and approved at the warehouse.
